Refund policy

All DFS designs Products are made to order with No Returns. 

 

Our Custom made products are not returnable. As they are made in our shop. 

We stand behind every product we sell, and work hard to exceed our customers' expectations! We will always replace or repair damaged or defective items at no cost to you. We will always take care of your products under warranty 3 year limited warranty to moving parts such as wheels and draw slides.  Custom items may not be returned. If it is our mistake we will repair or replace up to our discretion.

Return requests for damages items only, if authorized, are subject to original  shipping & 35% restocking fees payable by the customer. . Made-To-Order furniture items are not  return. PLEASE be confident in your purchase. We are here to assist you in every way before you buy.

If an incorrect product is sent, we will do our best to replace it and fix the mistake. We will send a new product out to remedy this. 



If we accept a return due to our mistakes only, you can contact us at sales@dfsdesigns.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [DFS DESIGNS 2610 orange ave fort pierce Florida 34947] in original condition on a pallet strapped. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a  return shipping BOL , and the item must be placed back on a pallet and tied or strapped down to it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Call us  immediately at 9175675327


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom or shop made items will not be returned. 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


No Refunds

We can only replace a damaged part or desk at our discretion.
