Shipping policy

Most not all of our products are shipped assembled. We will contact and confirm the shipping address. We ship to a business address only unless other arrangements are made. The trucking company will contact you and make a delivery appointment. If you miss the appointment the trucker will assess fees for this. Please contact us so we can get you the fee for redelivery. At times the trucker do miss an appointment due to traffic or other trucking issues. Please contact us or we can let you know if they will be late or need to reschedule.   Call 772-206-2226

We ship LTL curbside common carrier. This means that a pallet will be drop as close as possible to your door out side of the building and you will be responsible to bring it inside. Unless other arrangements are made in advance. 

Once item is shipped there is a fee to change an address and will contact the trucking company to see what that is. Also The trucking company can not hold an item in storage for you. After an item is in the destination termal and not pickup or out for delivery there will be storage fees assessed by the trucker from $30 to $70 dollars a day.
